AS3 aims to be the Nordic region's best and most well-respected in our sphere of expertise. We are used to upholding and developing our professionalism, because we know it helps us to create the best results.

Therefore, we have developed our own coaching qualification, which we offer to employees and freelance counsellors and coaches in AS3. There are already plenty of varied coaching qualifications in the Nordic countries. However, we have chosen to develop our own qualification in this area. There are two good reasons for this.

1. We think it is important that the education is well-grounded in psychology, communication and learning theory and that is based on scientifically-based theories and core research.
2. The qualification is also focused towards AS3's mis­sion, which is that of supporting people in job change processes.

Accreditation

It is important for us to have a high quality of education, which is the reason why we have quality assured our qualification by thorough evaluation and by ensuring its accreditation by an external body, the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. This means that the overall professional quality, scope and area of focus have been assessed and approved in accordance with EMCC standards.
